Sven Schienhammer is busy working on his CD album "Altostratus Translucidus" which will be released on BineMusic in early 2011. As a bonus, the physical copy comes with a bonus disc including a live recording of the whole album which won't be part of the digital release - a little thank you for all those who still buy real albums.

July 07, 2010 \ Sven Schienhammer new artist at BineMusic
BineMusic has won Nuremberg musician Sven Schienhammer to its roster. In the past, Schienhammer has released music on renowned labels like Echocord, Meanwhile, Styrax, MOM and !K7 under his pseudonym "Quantec". On BineMusic he will pursue his beloved ambient sound and release the first album "Altostratus Translucidus" under his real name in Spring 2011. Here's an excerpt from his artistic biography:
Sven Schienhammer grew up in the '80s. Producing and remixing electronic music since 1995 first using hardware tools such as Rolands MC 505 and a 303 with some efx tools. Now the studio is hardware and software in symbiosis. Using some oldschool synths from the 70's & 80's for the love of the lo-fi feeling of those machines! The sounds are digitized thoughts and emotions. Personal favourite styles in music include detroit and dubby electronics, deep house, dub, roots reggae, drones, ambient and some experimental stuff. He also releases music as Quantec and Monoaxial.
June 27, 2010 \ BineMusic Summer Break - two releases in Autumn
After the well-received compilation "Various Artists 2010", BineMusic is taking a short break during summer but will be back in late September, heralding the start of autumn with the 12" "Glassworks" by Marconi Union. Following in November is another 12" by Swiss artist Ralph Steinbrüchel which ends the year for BineMusic. Meanwhile, 2011 will see the release of the first full length album by Elliot Denmark aka Severence.

April 27, 2010 \ Marconi Union "Glassworks"
BineMusic continues the successful work with Marconi Union in 2010, releasing the 12" the boys from England just finished producing, on 20th September 2010. Look forward to three new mixes of "Glassworks" plus a bonus download track. The original version of "Glassworks" was released on their album "13" which is available from Marconi Union's very own mp3 shop.

April 10, 2010 \ Lookout For 2010
BineMusic plans four more upcoming releases in 2010/11. Elliot Denmark aka Severence from Spain will present his debut album, while Ralph Steinbrüchel will release his 4-track 12" this autumn - a release that will surely surprise his fans. Marconi Union's track "Glassworks" from their album "13" (MU Transmissions) will find its way on 12", including an alternate version, and Move D will provide one of his special live sets.

Elliot Denmark aka Severence is currently pushing his new equipment to work on his upcoming album on BineMusic, released on CD and distributed digitally worldwide in 2010. For all those who want to ease the waiting time, there's his track "Dark Heat (moss mix)" featured on the BineMusic compilation "Various Artists | 2010" in early April.
